UPDATE 6-17-2007
The new Olson Scythe chassis made its dirt track debut at the Florida Karting Association State Race #4 (Fruitland Park) on June 16, 2007 with our Factory sponsored driver- George Dzama at the controls. The kart handled exceptionally well, and never showed any signs of poor handling characteristics common with other chassis designs.
George timed in with a very respectable 11.445 seconds, placing the Scythe ahead of some very well known teams, placing the kart solidly in the 20 kart field with a 7th position start in the Main Event.
The chassis design has a few similarities to the Olson Arrow that has already dominated many races at Fruitland Park and other Central Florida tracks.
There are also several new features...
and No, it's definitely not your "average" chassis...
It doesn't "look" like other chassis.
The Scythe is shaped like it's namesake.
It features an extremely radical design
with offsets at multiple points.
It wasn't built to run with the pack.
It was designed to lead the pack!
Why ride an Olson Scythe?
Because unless you're the lead dog,
the view is always the same!
